What to verify

These checks help prevent wrong-address payments, expired orders, missing records, and swap orders with the wrong refund destination.

Signed guarantee

The guarantee is the order record returned with the generated deposit address. Download it before sending funds and keep the original text file.

Deposit address check

Send only to the deposit address shown on the Send Coins page for that order. Do not reuse an address from an older order.

Fixed limits

The minimum, maximum, maximum service fee, offer validity, and maximum mixing time are service terms. They are shown for review and cannot be changed in the form.

Offer validity

Every generated address is valid for 168 hours. Create a new order if that window has passed before payment is sent.

No account password

This interface does not ask for a username, password, wallet seed phrase, private key, or exchange login.

Order records

Keep the guarantee, swap order URL, deposit address, transaction ID, amount, and time sent until the order is complete.

Swap refund address

A swap order requires a refund address for the source currency. Confirm it before creating the live order.

Send checklist

Before sending funds

  1. Check that the browser address bar is on the expected site before entering a return address.
  2. Confirm the return address is your own BTC address and is typed exactly as intended.
  3. Review the minimum, maximum, maximum service fee, offer validity, and maximum mixing time before generating an order.
  4. Download the signed guarantee before sending any Bitcoin.
  5. Compare the wallet payment preview with the deposit address shown on the Send Coins page.
  6. Send Bitcoin within the listed limits and before the offer validity window expires.
  7. Use free trial test mode with 1 mBTC first if you want to confirm the flow without a service fee.
  8. For swaps, confirm the source currency, destination currency, destination address, refund address, and rate protection before creating the live order.
  9. Treat swap previews as indicative until the live order returns its deposit address.
  10. Delete the session after the mix is complete or the offer expires; orders are also removed automatically after 10 days.
